CLAS Assessment and Consultation: Our survey tool is based on 14 standards for cultural and linguistically appropriate services developed by the US Department of Health and Human Services, and a survey developed for the Health Resource Services Administration. Download CLAS Assessment Tool 09.

Community Engagement and Partnership Consultation: Community engagement, at its simplest, is a strategic tool for building relationships and creating shared ownership of problems. Experience shows when health care organizations authentically engage communities in defining the problems and in creating the solution, the results are seen sooner and are more sustainable. The Center has developed a number of community engagement tools and provides consultation and facilitation to help you more fully engage the communities you serve.
